D-WGraph
D-WGraph (first version V1.0) is an automated micro CNC router for engraving, cutting and drawing.
D-WGraph is a perfect solution for CNC training, laser engraving or cutting, as well as drawing with markers and pencils on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Main D-WGraph V1.0 characteristics:
- rigid V-Rail design with 3D printed sliding bearings;
- works on glassy surfaces at angles up to 90 degrees;
- machine sizes: 0,5x0,5, 1,0, 1,5 m, 1,0x1,0, 1,5 m, 1,5x1,5 m;
- precision: 0,1 mm;
- engraving and cutting:
- laser: 2 W or 4 W, 450 nm (blue);
- engraving speeds: up to 300 mm/min;
- engraving materials: plywood, wood, other non-transparent surfaces;
- cutting speeds: up to 150 mm/min;
- cutting materials: paper, cardbord, other thin materials (up to 0,5 mm thick);
- drawing:
- markers and pencils (up to 11 mm thick);
- drawing on: paper, wall, glass, tiles;
- easily changable laser and drawing heads;
- routing: CamBam CNC sofware (recommended);
- control: UGCodeSender software (recommended);
- IP00 - for indoor use.
